Every unit in Sailboat Bay is assigned a boat slip in our well-maintained, deep-water harbor. Each slip contains electric and water. |
Facilities
| In addition to our deep-water harbor facilities, Sailboat Bay proudly sports a recently refurbished Olympic-sized pool with integral wading pool located at the edge of Mobile Bay (West Pool). Adjacent to the pool is a three-acre park area -- perfect for tossing a football or conducting an Easter Egg hunt! Complimenting that recreation area is our clubhouse area near the complex entrance. Included here is a weight/fitness room, spa tub,indoor/outdoor pool on the first floor and adjacent tennis courts. On the second floor of the clubhouse are the Association offices, meeting rooms, Great Room with adjacent deck, and a small kitchen facility. Association business meetings and committee meetings are held here. The facilities may be reserved in advance for occasional celebrations like Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day and the like. More than once we've also been the site of choice for a resident's wedding or reception. The harbor backdrop makes a special day even more memorable!  |
